Playgirl Swim Time, Part 1 - Pools
It's the height of the summer vacation season, so many of us have been cooling off at pools and beaches. Today's series is a two parter, with part one being Playgirl men in and around two and part two being Playgirl men at the beach. We start with Richare Lee Baney from May of 1977/

I think one-time teenage sensation Fabian Forte tried to recharge his career by appearing semi-nude in Playgirl in 1973. Not sure it worked, but he did look pretty good, considering.
David Grant
Finishing part one with David Grant, a guy whose previous appearances here have met with considerable approval. His multipage Playgirl spread in 1979 is said to have jumpstarted
his career in modeling for Jim French of Colt along with other photographers.

Von Gloeden Day
Today's series features the work of Baron Wilhelm von Gloeden, the notorious German who photographed a lot of Italians. We start with a guy standing atop a stone in a corner.
Ankle Deep
I found this guy ankle deep in water on a poorly curated website,
but the familiar model tells me that it's by Von Gloeden.
Looks Greek

Although I'm certain that the gentleman here is Italian,
the picture has a Greek philosopher vibe.

I don't know if the closed eyes were intentional,
but this isn't the only instance of such in today's set.
In something of a rarity for Von Gloeden, a name was attached to this photo on a reputable website. He apparently was Pasquale Stracuzzi

This is one of about half a dozen photos in my Von Gloeden collection
which appear to have been shot in and around a cave entrance.
That look
Every picture I've seen of this particular model makes
me think he's looking right into my mind.
